When do I need a ticket?
You must have a ticket in order to enter any of the Indoor Areas of the Festival including “Yost Theater,” “The Ritz,” and “DTSA Underground” after 4pm. The Vendor Promenade and Kid’s Area are free all day long and do not require a ticket.

What if I’m already inside one of these Indoor Areas without a ticket before 4pm?
Anyone already inside any of these Indoor Areas before 4pm will not be charged for a ticket and can remain inside up until the end of the Festival at 10pm. However, if you exit any of the indoor spaces after 4pm, you will not be allowed back in without a ticket. Only ticket holders will have in-and-out privileges.

Why isn’t the Festival free all day?
Unfortunately it takes a lot of money to organize a Festival and Parade. Our generous Sponsors and Donors help to cover most of the expenses, but in order for OC Pride to create a fun event for everyone to enjoy, we need the support of community members and ticket sales to help cover the rest of the costs. OC Pride is happy to be able to offer the Parade, Vendor Promenade and Kid’s Area as free events all day.

Why did the Festival move locations from previous years?
The Festival site moved to the East side of Downtown Santa Ana in order to better facilitate the needs of the event. Yost Theater is a beautiful venue that provides an air-conditioned Main Stage and Main Bar for the Festival which is a relief from the harsh California heat. OC Pride is also excited to utilize the new spaces adjacent to Yost Theater: “The Ritz” and “DTSA Underground.” These new spaces are conveniently located to provide more activities and entertainment for the event, while decreasing the distance that festival-goers need to walk to get from one area to another.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
While you do not have to purchase tickets in advance, it is strongly encouraged. Tickets can sell out and the price increases at the Festival.

Where can I purchase online tickets?
Online tickets are available through this web link:

Are these tickets tax-deductible?
